Who is responsible

What we collect
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no third-party trackers. Nothing is stored about you simply for visiting. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the contact form yourself: your name, your email address and your message.
The contact form
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party form provider, which processes them solely to pass the message on. We use what you send to answer you, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not add it to a mailing list.
Hosting and logs
The site is served as static files by a hosting provider, which keeps short-lived technical logs — including IP addresses — for security and troubleshooting. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the enquiry it belongs to, and then delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Write to us and we will act on it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date above.
